Concord, MA — February 17, 2005 — DV Initiative contracts with Sarah Brummitt, an international expert on training development and facilitation. Ms. Brummitt is providing critical support and direction to all of DV Initiative's training products. Sarah has over 15 years of B2B sales, management and training experience and her professional development expertise extends to both the e-learning, web and traditional classroom environments. She is an experienced Executive Business Coach working with business development professionals, line managers and 'C-level' executives for more than 8 years.

After graduating from university in England with an honors degree in Business Studies, Sarah began her career in the pharmaceutical industry. She spent nine years at AstraZeneca, during which time she won the Top Salesperson of the Year award for the highest territory sales in the company. Sarah held several first and second line management positions, before heading up AstraZeneca UK's Training Department, with responsibility for the training and development needs of the UK pharmaceutical industry's single largest sales force.

More recently Sarah was Head of Client Impact for Imparta, a UK sales effectiveness organization that specializes in blended learning solutions. Her team was responsible for maximizing and measuring the impact of client learning interventions across all four Kirkpatrick levels of training evaluation.

She has delivered numerous workshops in Europe, North America, as well as the Far East and Australia. Her web based training programs provide exposure to audiences from across the globe.

Sarah is a Master Practitioner in Neuro-Linguistic Programming and an accredited Practitioner of Time Line Therapy, as well as an Associate of the UK Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development and a Member of the UK Chartered Institute of Management. Sarah is currently completing accreditation by the International Coaching Federation as an Executive Business Coach.
