Our webinars use Microsoft Windows Media streaming media player to provide audio to your desktop. We highly recommend that you test your system in advance. Please follow the steps listed below.
Step 1. System requirements:
We recommend the following minimum specifications for the computer system you use to view our webinars.
- Pentium Class CPU, with:
- 64 Megabytes of RAM
- 800 by 600 resolution screen display
- Greater then 256 colors;
- Sound card with speakers or headphones
- 40 Megabytes of free hard disk space
- 56 kbps Internet connection or faster
- Cable, DSL, or LAN Internet connection recommended for video
- Windows 95 or greater, Windows 2000 or greater recommended.
- A web browser supporting Java and Javascript
- Microsoft Internet Explorer 5.0 or higher

- A streaming media player
- Windows Media Player 6.4 or higher

- Macintosh Requirements
- Windows Media not supported

Step 4. If you are unable to view the event, we recommend that you have all personal firewalls disabled and the most recent version of Windows Media Player installed from www.microsoft.com/windowsmedia.
